In addition to that they released a stepped up deluxe version called Halcyon Days Deluxe which has even more songs. I had the same problem. On the menu bar where it says File and Edit, click on Store and click on View Account in the drop down menu. After entering your password there should be a section called iTunes in the Cloud and under it should say Hidden Purchases.
Click on the blue button next to that line that says Manage and start unhiding all your music. Dec 24, PM. If the problem is only that the track or tracks isn't showing up in the "Purchased" playlist, simply find the track or tracks in the iTunes library and drag-n-drop them to the playlist.
FYI you are looking in the iTunes Store for your purchased songs; they cannot be re-downloaded from there. You must re-download music from your purchase history. If a track is already in your iTunes library you will not be able to re-download it until you delete it from the library.

Since you say the song is not in your purchase history and it is not hidden then it is possible the record label has removed the original item you purchased from the iTunes Store at some time between when you bought and it and now.
